Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

SeoSee ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website seotool-supd.onrender.com and the SeoSee SEO audit platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

By using SeoSee, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We take your privacy seriously and design our systems to collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: Your email address when you register an account. We do not require your real name, phone number, or physical address.
  • Analysis URLs: The URLs you submit for SEO analysis, along with the generated audit results stored so you can revisit them from your dashboard.
  • Payment data: When you upgrade to Premium, your cryptocurrency payment is processed by NOWPayments. We receive a transaction ID and confirmation status — we never see or store wallet private keys, seed phrases, or raw payment credentials.

1.2 Automatically Collected

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is used for aggregate analytics and abuse prevention.
  • Cookies & local storage: Authentication session tokens and UI preferences (e.g., theme choice).

1.3 Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect government identifiers, we never sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on our site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and maintain your account and authenticate your sessions.
  • To run SEO audits on the URLs you submit and return results to you.
  • To keep your analysis history and score trends in your dashboard.
  • To process and verify Premium subscription payments.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • To send essential service emails (account, billing, security) — we do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.
  • To monitor aggregate product performance and improve features.

3. Third-Party Services

SeoSee relies on the following service providers. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf:

  • NOWPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments for Premium subscriptions. NOWPayments handles the transaction; SeoSee stores only the invoice ID and payment status.
  • Google PageSpeed Insights API — queried to generate the performance scores shown in your audits. The URL you analyze is sent to Google to retrieve the report.
  • Google OAuth — optional sign-in via Google. We receive your email address and a verified profile claim. We do not request access to your contacts, Drive, or other Google services.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

  • Account & analysis history: Retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete analyses individually or close your account at any time, which removes your data within 30 days.
  • Guest analysis: Guest (no-signup) analyses are kept for 24 hours after creation and then automatically purged.
  • Payment records: Invoice IDs and confirmation status are retained for 7 years for accounting and dispute purposes.
  • Security logs: Aggregated usage logs retained for up to 90 days for abuse detection.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Export a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g., marketing email).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@seosee.app from the address associated with your account. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data: encrypted connections (TLS) for all traffic, hashed authentication credentials, isolated session tokens, and restricted internal access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk and promptly investigate any reported vulnerabilities.

7. Children's Privacy

SeoSee is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

SeoSee is hosted on cloud infrastructure in the United States. If you access the service from another country, your data is transferred to the U.S. and processed here under this Privacy Policy. By using SeoSee you consent to that transfer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated to active account holders by email.

10. Contact

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, contact us at support@seosee.app.
