Terms of Service

Welcome to SeoSee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeoSee website and SEO audit platform at seotool-supd.onrender.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by SeoSee ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, using the Service, or submitting a URL for analysis, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SeoSee. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may register for a free account using your email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@seosee.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service Tiers

3.1 Free Tier

The Free tier permits 3 SEO analyses per day per account (or per device for guest use). Free analyses include the full audit report with score tracking, share links, and historical comparison. The Free tier is provided at no cost and requires no credit card.

3.2 Premium Tier

The Premium tier is available for $9.00 per month, payable in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Premium unlocks multi-page crawling, PDF reports, schema validation, and higher rate limits. Premium access continues month-to-month until cancelled.

4. Payment Terms

  • Provider: All payments are processed by NOWPayments and settled in one of 17 supported cryptocurrencies. SeoSee does not store your wallet keys or seed phrases.
  • Currency & volatility: Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, the relevant network and its market fluctuate independently of SeoSee. The USD list price is converted to crypto at the rate offered by NOWPayments at the time of payment.
  • Non-refundable: Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible on the blockchain. SeoSee does not offer refunds for completed Premium payments except where required by law.
  • Failed payments: If a payment is incomplete or unconfirmed on-chain, Premium features remain locked until the payment confirms. No partial or prorated access is granted for incomplete payments.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel Premium at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep Premium access until then. SeoSee does not charge again after cancellation.
  • Price changes: We may change pricing for new subscriptions with advance notice on this page and on the pricing page. Existing subscribers keep the rate active at the time of their last payment until the end of that billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use SeoSee to scrape, audit, or stress-test URLs you do not own or do not have permission to analyze.
  • Attempt to bypass the daily free-tier limit through multiple accounts, VPNs, or device farming.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute SeoSee audit data to third parties as a competing service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the Service or its scoring algorithms.
  • Insert malware, scripts, or abusive payloads into URLs submitted for analysis.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business.
  • Interfere with NOWPayments, Google PageSpeed, or our other third-party integrations.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, scoring methodology, and source code are owned by SeoSee and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the URLs you submit and any reports you export. By submitting a URL for analysis, you grant SeoSee a limited license to retrieve and process that URL solely to provide the audit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoSee and its operators are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • Loss of revenue, traffic, search rankings, or business opportunities;
  • Damages arising from decisions you make based on audit results or scores;
  • Downtime, API outages, or inaccuracies in third-party data (Google PageSpeed, NOWPayments);
  • Any loss arising from cryptocurrency payment errors, mis-sent funds, or network congestion;
  • Data loss beyond our reasonable control.

If you paid for Premium in the preceding 12 months, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limits may not apply to you in full.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that scores are accurate, that audits will be uninterrupted, or that the Service is free of errors. SEO scores are estimates for guidance only and not guarantees of search ranking outcomes.

9. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard, which deletes your data within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remain unpaid, or threaten the security or integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may modify these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of SeoSee after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and close your account.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service references and integrates NOWPayments, Google PageSpeed Insights, and Google OAuth. SeoSee is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of these third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally via email at support@seosee.app. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction there for any such dispute.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
